During the 8 weeks, you get to build a foundation of mental fitness by strengthening three critical mental muscles to shift the balance of power from your inner Saboteurs (your negative self) to your inner Sage (your positive self).

Week 1 Introduction and Setting Goals

We will talk about your goals and your directions and what your main stressors in life are.

Week 2 Self-Command and PQ Reps

Through a breakthrough process called PQ Reps, you get to boost your Self-Command muscle. Each PQ Rep only takes 10 seconds and can be done with eyes open or closed. With each PQ Rep, you develop greater mastery over your own mind, quiet the negative, and activate the positive region of your brain.

Week 3-4 Learn about your Judge and Accomplice Saboteurs

You get to intercept your top Saboteurs the moment they try to hijack your thoughts, feelings, and actions. In preparation for this practice, you get to expose the lies, limiting beliefs and damage of your Saboteurs, so they can no longer fool you into thinking they are helpful to you.

Week 5-7 Sage Muscle and how to use it

You get to practice the Sage Perspective that every problem or challenge can be converted into a gift and opportunity. And you get to generate the gift through the 5 Sage Powers of Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate, and Activate.

Week 8  Application to your Daily life

How to apply what you have learnt to your daily life 

Week 9 Reflecting on Goals and How to Move Forward

We will reflect on your progress and how you have achieved towards your goals, and how you can move forward.

Overall the bootcamp has helped strengthened and complemented my meditation routines. I have been practicing mindfulness and meditation for a few years but i often still feel drained by bad situations. But after learning about PQ reps, I find myself handling difficult situations and conflicts much better by just using a simple technique to regulate my emotions. 

Sue Lin has been such a patient coach in guiding me to discover the deeper purpose of my goal. She has also helped me to develop a more precise action plan to achieve my goal. It’s really helpful to have identified the major mental obstacles that have been sabotaging my goals and tainting my worldview. This is definitely a bootcamp for you if you are keen to dive deeper and understand yourself at a higher level.

Before I started the Mental Fitness bootcamp, I was so judgemental to myself and had no awareness of things that can sabotage my self esteem.

I then set a goal to be a better and kinder person. The bootcamp did help me to train myself in having realisations on most of my action and decisions that I take. What surprised me the most is how my saboteurs have been dominating my life that makes me stuck (I am mostly an avoider). Having this kind of awareness helps me to stop accepting this saboteur action and I can now move forward to achieve my specific goal in life.

In the past, I always start thinking from the negative side in most of the circumstances. I wanted to shift towards more positive mindset. But I was very skeptical and reluctant to try this bootcamp as i don't think it will work for me. Surprisingly, week by week i started seeing/ feeling things differently, in a more positive way i mean, through all the PQ reps and the learning about saboteurs and sage. I feel less stress and could manage my negative emotion better.

I was lack of confidence and regretting of a decision made that caused some unhappiness for few months. I was hoping to build my mental core muscles to get away with all the negativities and unhappiness and this mental fitness bootcamp has helped me to see things from a different perspective. Before starting the journey with Sue Lin’s career coaching and life program, I felt stuck in a cycle of career uncertainty and self-doubt. Working with the program was truly impactful. I had previously (and frequently) suffered from the very high expectations I set for myself at work and in my personal life, and had to live for a long time with the fact that I was not meeting them. This often created some very negative emotions that would not just ruin an evening, but also affect my partner. I also found it hard to see personal projects through to completion. The PQ programme helped me understand the source and dealing with negative emotions, and helped me see first hand how small steps could together create very tangible outcomes. My negative emotions are now an order of magnitude more under control and I am working to create more emotional headspace to work on the other priorities in my life. This has been an incredible skill to learn with a relatively small investment, and I would strongly encourage others to give it a go.
